Public Workshop on the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission 2023 Draft Merger Guidelines

The Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission recently released the 2023 Draft Merger Guidelines. The Agencies are currently seeking feedback through a comment process along with a series of workshops on key topics within the Draft Guidelines.
The Agencies, in partnership with the University of Chicago Law School, Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics, will host a Draft Guidelines workshop on Friday, November 3. This workshop will take place in Chicago and be livestreamed.
The in-person event is by invitation only.
