Public Workshop on the DOJ/FTC Draft Merger Guidelines

The Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission released the 2023 Draft Merger Guidelines in July 2023. The Agencies are seeking feedback through a comment process along with a series of workshops on key topics within the Draft Guidelines.

The Agencies, in partnership with the University of Chicago Law School, Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics, hosted a Draft Guidelines workshop on Friday, November 3.
