Malyi Research Assistants

Ana Chaves is a 2L at the University of Chicago Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College. Following her undergraduate education, she worked at an international development organization in Zambia and South Africa, contributing to work in Zambia and Malawi. After that experience, Ana spent three years in Melbourne, Australia, as an economist in the Victorian State Government. Ana is passionate about international law and human rights law, focusing her activities and courses at the University of Chicago on these subjects.
