Patrick Curran is a partner in Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan’s Boston office. His practice focuses on intellectual property disputes and complex business litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in some of the largest intellectual property disputes in the country. Law360 named him a nationwide “Rising Star” in the Intellectual Property field. Patrick graduated in 2004 with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review, and in 2001 from Harvard College magna cum laude.
