Dawn M. Canty is a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has served as a member of the firm’s general counsel team since 2016 and is currently its Chief Deputy General Counsel and Privacy Officer. Dawn counsels the firm and its attorneys on professional responsibility matters, conflicts of interest, litigation, transactions, insurance, information governance, vendor management, and data privacy issues. For the past 8 years, Dawn also has served as a panel member of the American Arbitration Association.
