David Giles has been a trial lawyer since 2001 and is a partner at ArentFox Schiff LLP. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including claims of professional liability, business and commercial disputes, issues related to financial institutions and insurance, and sports and entertainment matters. Mr. Giles attended Notre Dame Law School and following graduation served as a staff law clerk and as a law clerk to the Hon. Ann Claire Williams of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Giles has served as an adjunct professor of professional responsibility at Northwestern University School of Law.
