Ajay N. Shah, Esq. is the CEO of Globetrotters Engineering Corporation. Globetrotters is a full-service architect / engineering company that works on public sector infrastructure and buildings projects. Ajay has been CEO since 2017. Prior to that, he was COO & General Counsel of Globetrotters.

Ajay has a demonstrable commitment to public service. He has served on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and has been listed on the Honor Roll of Appointed Counsel. His service to the Bar includes being a Commissioner on the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness, a Board member of the Chicago Bar Association, and Judicial Evaluation Committee for the Chicago Bar Association. Ajay also serves on the Corporate Advisory Council of Cradles to Crayons.

Ajay grew up in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago attending the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. After graduating from the Lab Schools, he attended Purdue University at West Lafayette, Indiana where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science and a minor in Political Science. While at Purdue he studied abroad at Oriel College at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign, and he graduated from the Owner / President Management Program (OPM 49) at Harvard Business School.
