The finals round of the 2020-2021 Hinton Moot Court Competition will begin on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Two teams will have 30 minutes each to argue the case, United States v. Arthrex, Inc., before Justice Thomas Balmer (Oregon Supreme Court), Judge James Ho (5th Cir.), and Judge Ann Marie Donnelly (E.D.N.Y.). The four finalists who are competing are: Kate Harris (Petitioner); Simon de Carvalho (Petitioner); Garret Solberg (Respondent); and Kenneth Lee (Respondent).
