From the start of the pandemic, our faculty have discussed the changes to law and the long lasting effects on society. The program will feature conversations on what lessons can be carried forward. Professor Nou will moderate the discussion as Professor Hemel speaks on social distancing for the long haul and Professor Malani covers the ethical issues in the pandemic response.
