Alan Fry named COO of Ontario Insurance
Ontario Insurance Co., which last year celebrated its 140th anniversary, has appointed Alan Fry as chief operating officer and executive vice president.
A Florida resident with 15 years of experience in the legal and insurance fields, Fry has relocated to the Finger Lakes region to take the leadership role with the company.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an attorney at Akerman LLP, Carlton Fields and Jones Day. He earned his law degree at the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor’s degree in psychology at DePaul University.
Among his other responsibilities as COO, Alan Fry will seek to expand the company’s presence in the brewery marketplace to keep pace with the demand of New York’s booming craft beverage industry.
