David Bernstein, "Lawless"

Professor David Bernstein has been teaching Constitutional Law, Products Liability, and Evidence at George Mason University School of Law since 1995. He was a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center for the Spring 2003 semester and a Visiting Professor at the University of Michigan School of Law for the 2005-06 academic year. Professor Bernstein is a contributor to the popular weblog, The Volokh Conspiracy. He is a former chairperson of the Association of American Law Schools Evidence section. His upcoming book, Lawless: The Obama Administration's Unprecedented Assault on the Constitution and the Rule of Law, will be released on November 17th.

Paul Crane is a Lecturer in Law and Bigelow Fellow in Research and Writing at the University of Chicago Law School. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007, where he was the recipient of the Carl M. Franklin Prize and an executive editor on the Virginia Law Review. He also earned a master's degree in history from the University of Virginia in 2007. He previously served as a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. of the United States Supreme Court and to Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
