Adam M. Roberts, "Working to Keep Wildlife in the Wild"

The University of Chicago Student Animal Legal Defense Fund proudly presents the 3rd Annual Animal Law Week, generously supported by The McCormick Companions' Fund.  On Monday, April 11th, Adam M. Roberts discusses lions, bears, and bushmeat in his presentation: "Working to Keep Wildlife in the Wild."  Mr. Roberts is the Executive Vice President of Born Free USA.  He is an expert in international wildlife trade and captive wild animals.  Mr. Roberts serves on the Board of Directors of the Species Survival Network and is a Member of the Board of Humane USA.  In 2003, he founded The $10 Club, an organization that funds poverty alleviation projects in developing countries.  To date, the organization has supported work in nearly 50 countries.  Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Vassar College.
