Practical Law Company (PLC) will be conducting a training session at 12:30pm in Room V. This program qualifies for Keystone Professionalism & Leadership points.

PLC is a relatively new legal research resource that provides straight-forward information and how-to guides on transactional practice in the areas of corporations, securities, and finance law. PLC’s resources are written by experienced lawyers from top firms and legal departments and include succinct overviews of practice areas, model documents and checklists, and updates on the current transactional landscape. Law School students are granted free access through graduation (including over the summer), and graduating 3Ls receive extended access to cover the first few months of their employment.
