As a new generation of our graduates reach the age when their children may be considering law school, our administration and faculty are increasingly asked about application procedures and how students might best prepare themselves for the law school experience. There is a great deal of misinformation about how the law school admissions process works. We hope this gathering will answer many of your questions, and be beneficial not only to immediate applicants, but also to high school students who may be contemplating a law career.
Dean Perry will explain how best to prepare for and apply to law school in general, followed by the specifics of the University of Chicago Law School admissions process. We look forward to providing what we hope will be valuable information and advice to our alumni and their family members considering a legal education.
Please RSVP by contacting Maureen McCarthy at mmccarthy@uchicago.edu or (773) 834-4411. We look forward to seeing you on the 8th!
