Richard Sandler is a prominent attorney with more than 30 years of experience. He represents Michael Milken, a prominent American financier, and the father of the high-yield bond. After Sandler saw Milken prosecuted for securities violations, Milken wrote his best-selling book, Witness to a Prosecution, to set the record straight.
