CHWIRC Logistical Details

The conference will be held on September 12-13, 2025 at the University of Chicago, David Rubenstein Forum (1201 E. 60th Street, Chicago, IL). The conference programming will begin on the morning of Friday, September 12, and continue through the early afternoon of Saturday, September 13. A reception and conference dinner will follow Friday’s academic proceedings.

We have secured a courtesy block of rooms at The Study hotel (1227 E. 60th Street, Chicago, IL). Registered conference participants will be provided with a booking link for a limited time. Alternatively, conference guests may wish to book accommodations at the Sophy Hotel (1411 E. 53rd Street, Chicago, IL).

There is no conference registration fee or paper submission fee; however, conference guests are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
