APALSA is pleased to host a panel of attorneys from the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission for a virtual information and Q&A session on career and internship opportunities at the SEC. The SEC’s Division of Enforcement plays an essential role in carrying out the agency’s mission by investigating and litigating violations of the federal securities laws, including with cutting edge cases involving crypto, insider trading, Ponzi schemes, and other investor fraud. The SEC is seeking to hire a diverse group of talented and committed law students interested in complex and challenging work to help the Division carry out its mission of protecting investors and US markets.
