Rebecca Lin
Biography
Rebecca Lin is a JSD candidate at the University of Chicago Law School. Her broad research interests include global competition law in practice, culture as regulation, and technology policy. In particular, she seeks to understand the interaction between antitrust law in books, law in action, law in minds, and law in society of various cultures. Before coming to the University of Chicago Law School, she received her JSM (2023) from Stanford Law School, where she was an associate editor of Stanford Law & Policy Review. Her legal practice concentrated on antitrust law, including anticompetitive assessment, cartel investigations, and international mergers and acquisitions.
