Vynessa Nemunaitis Selected for 2018-2019 Leadership Arts Institute by Business Council for the Arts
Dallas associate Vynessa Nemunaitis has been selected by the Business Council for the Arts (BCA) for its prestigious 2018-2019 Leadership Arts Institute.
The BCA’s Leadership Arts Institute provides training in leadership, nonprofit board best practices and knowledge of current issues affecting cultural institutions in North Texas. Upon completion of the program, graduates are individually matched to serve on nonprofit boards of directors in the community.
Ms. Nemunaitis is a Banking & Finance associate in Weil’s Corporate Department, where she focuses primarily on debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financing, corporate working capital facilities, reserve-based lending, and debt restructuring and workout transactions.
