James Cole Jr., '95, Confirmed as US Education Department General Counsel

Following is a statement by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan:

"We are thrilled that the Senate has confirmed James Cole Jr. as the new general counsel at the U.S. Department of Education.
