Fox Rothschild LLP announced Wednesday the hiring of two Pryor Cashman LLP partners for its corporate department in New York.

Shveta Kakar joins Fox Rothschild as a partner and Daniel Kurtz joins as counsel. The two were co-chairs of Pryor Cashman's nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations group.

"Shveta and Daniel are seasoned attorneys who understand the unique challenges that nonprofits face and how to solve them," E. Bradley Gould, managing partner of Fox Rothschild's New York office, said in a statement Wednesday.
