Law Connect

 

What is Law Connect?

Law Connect is the Law School's event and student organization hub. Law School Student Organizations (LSSOs) can use Law Connect for the following:

  • Manage LSSO members
  • Send emails to your members
  • Create and maintain your LSSO website
  • Create and promote events and lunch talks
  • Maintain a calendar of events, send invites, and receive RSVPs
  • Share documents with officers and members
  • Conduct surveys

 

Access to Law Connect

You can access Law Connect by going to lawconnect.uchicago.edu and signing in with your UChicago credentials. Click the button that says "Sign In" to enter your CNetID and password. 

 

Getting Started

  • We recommend that you firstwatch the Overview for New Users. This will give you some tasks to do including updating your profile and navigating Law Connect.
  • Once you have familiarized yourself with the platform, watch the Officer Overview. As a board member of an LSSO, your status on the platform is that of an Officer. This gives you the ability to update your LSSO website and perform other tasks.

Advertise an Event

At the moment, Law Connect is not integrated with EMS or the Law School website. If you wish to advertise your LSSO event here, you may go to your LSSO page and select to Create an Event.
