Roy Baharad

Roy Baharad is a JSD candidate at the University of Chicago Law School. His research focuses on the economic analysis of law, law and information, and intellectual property law. Roy’s work has been published or is forthcoming in top academic journals, including the Journal of Legal Studies, University of Chicago Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Southern California Law Review, Washington University Law Review, Florida Law Review, and the International Review of Law and Economics. He has presented his research at the official conferences of the American Law and Economics Association and the European Association of Law and Economics. Prior to pursuing his doctoral studies, Roy studied law and economics at Bar-Ilan University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and gained practical experience working as a prosecutor and legal advisor.
