Hal Morris is General Counsel and a partner with Saul Ewing LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of legal ethics, claims management, and loss prevention. In addition, he chairs the Firm's Ethics Committee, co-chairs the Firm's Appellate Practice Group and Client Intake Committee, and is a member of the Firm's Contingency Fee Committee. His client facing practice is concentrated in appellate representation and first chair trial work for governmental entities and business. In addition, he is the incoming Chair of the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education and a member of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commision's Hearing Board.
