Keith is a partner based in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in a wide range of U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures and securities offerings. In addition to transactional matters, he counsels boards on corporate governance, disclosure and other issues. He has significant experience with companies in distress situations and bankruptcy. In addition to clients in the US., Keith has represented companies based in the UK, Germany, Norway, South Africa and other countries over the years.
