Clinical Professors Herschella Conyers and Judith Miller will lead an interactive session on trial skills, focusing on use of video evidence in jury trials.  After viewing a video clip, attendees will play the part of jurors, followed by a discussion of the use of video in the courtroom and its role in trial strategy.
