Randall Kennedy, professor at Harvard Law School and noted author, presents “Thurgood Marshall and the Constitution of the Jury.” This is the final lecture in a series sponsored by the Black Law Students Association commemorating the 40th anniversary of Thurgood Marshall’s appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. Professor Kennedy, a noted expert on the Supreme Court and civil rights issues, clerked for Justice Marshall during the 1983-84 term.
