Join Law of the Land and the American Constitution Society for a property event as part of ACS's 1L+ Curriculum series. Hear from an attorney and an organizer from Fair Share Housing Center, a nonprofit advocacy organization that uses legal, policy, and community-building strategies to dismantle decades of racial and economic discrimination in New Jersey, building upon the famous Mount Laurel case decided by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 1975. Moderated by Professor Aziz Huq.
