Come cheer your fellow classmates as they argue before a panel of three distinguished faculty: Douglas Baird, M. Todd Henderson and Elizabeth Kregor.  Based on the quality of their briefs and oral arguments, two petitioners and two respondents will move on to the final round. The four finalists will brief a new case and argue it before a three-member panel of federal judges in May.
