Richard A. Epstein, James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Chicago Law School and winner of the 2011 Bradley Prize, will examine “Can Innovation and Growth Survive the Entitlement State?” at the Bradley Distinguished Lecture Series on Tuesday, May 8. The luncheon event is 12-1:30 p.m. at the University Club, 924 E. Wells St., downtown Milwaukee.
