Drawing on their new book Democracy and Equality: The Enduring Constitutional Vision of the Warren Court, Professors Geof Stone and David Strauss will discuss the often harsh debate over the Warren Court's legacy and its approach to constitutional interpretation in a moderated conversation with Dean Tom Miles.
