Kristina Costa is the former Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the Office of Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation, where she worked to implement the Inflation Reduction Act’s clean energy and climate provisions. Previously, she served in the Obama White House, primarily on Climate Action Plan implementation.
