Guest presenters Tiffany Amlot and Sarah Brown will discuss the best practices for pleadings in complex litigation.  This will include an introduction to documents that precede litigation, including demand letters, as well as documents that are filed at the initiation of a lawsuit, including agency charges, complaints, and answers.  Ms. Amlot and Ms. Brown are associates at Noelle Brennan & Associates, a Chicago-based law firm that represents plaintiffs in class action and individual employment discrimination cases.
