Guest Presenter Alison Zieske ('06) will discuss key documents and strategies for complex corporate mergers and acquisitions.  This presentation will start with an overview of the basic process of a corporate deal.  Ms. Zieske will discuss the role of the attorney in those deals and then introduce the documents involved.  Ms. Zieske is an associate in the corporate group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.  She advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters including many of the largest, most complex and most demanding transactions in the United States and around the world.
