Guest Presenter Erin M. Casey ('02) will discuss drafting key documents for complex commercial lending.  This presentation will start with an overview of the basic structure of a commercial loan.  Ms. Casey will then introduce the documents involved in those transactions.   The documents discussed will include credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and workout documentation.  The presentation will identify key provisions in those documents and discuss best practices for drafting those provisions.  Ms. Casey is a partner in the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights group at the law firm Goldberg Kohn Ltd.   She represents lenders in all aspects of corporate bankruptcy cases and commercial workouts throughout the country.
