Rational Choice Seminars are a speaker series at the University of Chicago that engage scholars from the disciplines of economics, philosophy, law, sociology, psychology--anything connected with the insights and limits of applying theories of rational choice to social, economic, and political issues. The Seminars are led by Gary Becker, Professor in the Departments of Economics and Sociology and Booth, and Richard Posner, Senior Lecturer in Law and Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. They are open to both faculty and students and occur during in the fall and spring quarters.

The third Rational Choice Seminar of the spring quarter is on Tuesday, May 12, and will feature Emir Kamenica (University of Chicago).  It will be held in Rosenwald 329 at 7:30PM. The paper is available for download at: http://economics.uchicago.edu/news_workshops_choice.shtml
