The University of Chicago Law School presents a panel discussion entitled "Should We Have an Activist Judiciary? Judging on the Supreme Court." The panel will feature Cass Sunstein, Karl N. Llewellyn Distinguished Service Professor of Jurisprudence,  and Adrian Vermeule, Bernard D. Meltzer Professor of Law. This event will take place in Classroom II of the University of Chicago Law School at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2005. A reception will follow.  The event is free and open to the public.
