Judge Sandra Ikuta serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received her masters in journalism from Columbia University and her JD from UCLA School of Law in 1988. She went on to clerk for Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.  Judge Ikuta spent time in private practice at O’Melveny & Meyers before becoming general counsel of the California Resources Agency. She was appointed to the Ninth Circuit in 2006.

Judge William Pryor serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Judge Pryor graduated from Tulane University Law School in 1987, going on to clerk for Judge John Minor Wisdom of the Fifth Circuit, work in private practice, and serve as adjunct professor at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Judge Pryor then became Alabama’s deputy attorney general, and served as the state’s attorney general from 1997 until his 2004 appointment to the Eleventh Circuit.
