Thank you for your interest in participating in the Law School's Affinity Mentoring Program!
The Affinity Mentoring Program pairs 1L students with UChicago Law alumni in legal professions within a specific affinity group for a year-long mentoring relationship. While these programs are managed and facilitated in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations and five student orgs, please note that any 1L student may request a mentor. Below are the student orgs involved in the Affinity Mentoring Program:
- Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and South Asian American Law Students Association (APALSA and SALSA)
- Black Law Students Association (BLSA)
- Latinx Law Students Association (LLSA)
- OutLaw
- Women's Mentoring Program (WMP)
To participate as a mentee, please complete and submit the form below by Friday, October 11 at 5:00 p.m. Please note, you are only able to participate in one affinity mentoring program.
Please review the Mentoring Program FAQs before submitting this form.
If you have questions about the Affinity Mentoring Program, please contact Anna Jenkins, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations, at annajenkins274@uchicago.edu.
