What We Offer:
- Event Support: The External Affairs Office will take care of logistics, including sending invitations, managing RSVPs, distributing swag, and coordinating with the venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Your Role as Host: As a host, you'll play a vital role in creating connections within our alumni community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal outreach to invite local alumni
- Assisting with on-site registration and check-in
- Ensuring the event runs smoothly
- Debriefing with our team afterward to share feedback and insights
